Sales Manager Compensation

R16,000 / MONTH

Guaranteed basic salary after you pass. Your Sales Manager Accountability Assessment asks you to build and lead a local team of Sales Representative candidates, and you pass when 12 of them graduate their own 45-package assessment. You earn R10 for every repair plan they sell during your assessment. Once you pass, your R16,000 basic salary is funded by your team's portfolio performance, and you earn a monthly bonus when 7 of your 12 representatives reach their monthly target, and an annual bonus from your accountability score bars.
